Faculty Speaker - Mahnaz Mahdavi

Mahnaz Mahdavi, Professor of Economics at Smith, is this January’s guest faculty speaker. Mahdavi's teaching interests and course offerings include an introductory course in macroeconomics, corporate finance, international finance, and global financial institutions. Professor Mahdavi’s talk being developed right now as it will focus on timely issues related to the economy in light of the election results. We will share more details as they are available. She will also discuss the Jill Ker Conway Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (formerly the Center for Women and Financial Independence).
